Responsibilities
As a Crew Member at our vibrant fruit juice and smoothie shop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Wash, peel, and cut a variety of fruits to ensure freshness.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while handling fruits.
* Monitor and manage fruit inventory to prevent shortages.
* Prepare and assemble a diverse range of fruit juices and smoothies according to standardized recipes.
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
* Handle customer orders promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
* Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
