Responsibilities
- Oversee and handle all IT-related issues and concerns
- Supervise vendors and IT contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Enhance the IT infrastructure to support the organization’s operation systems and network.
- Handle in all project phases, including planning, moitoring, reporting and specification
- Supports and maintains company's existing network, PCs, POS, housekeeping and back-up of company servers, conduct periodic health checks and review on IT systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant IT working experience, preferably in retail environment
- Experience in POS Systems and operations
- Strong analytical abilities with operational vision.
