Responsibilities
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Install and configure software, hardware and networks (hands-on experience preferred)
- Maintain and support essentials IT assets (PC, laptops, tablets, printers).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Set up/maintain POS system at retail outlets to ensure it can function effectively
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure and networking equipments.
- Solve user's inquiries that arises on a day to day operations
- Travel to various locations to perform setup, upgrading and maintenance jobs.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent or 2 years of relevant working experience(hands on)
- Well versed with Windows/iOS Systems
- Required Skills: Network Security, Diagnostic Test, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot, MS Office, Video Conference, POS Systems
