Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring they are ready for use in cooking. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, notifying the chef of low stock levels. * Provide support to the chefs during busy service periods, including plating dishes and ensuring timely delivery to the serving area. * Work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and communication in the kitchen. * Under supervision, help in basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous. * Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate food preparation and cleanliness. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a kitchen team. * Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of kitchen operations. * A positive and enthusiastic attitude
