Responsibilities
As a Head Chef for Breakfast & Lunch Buffet, you will be responsible for the culinary operations of the breakfast and lunch services, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and services. * Develop innovative and appealing breakfast and lunch buffet menus. * Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards. * Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory control and ordering. * Ensure all food meets quality and safety standards. * Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing training and guidance. * Work within budgetary constraints, minimizing waste and optimizing kitchen efficiency. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless buffet services.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on breakfast and lunch services. * Formal culinary education or relevant certifications. * Proven experience in creating diverse and appealing buffet menus. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Innovative and creative approach to food preparation and presentation.
