Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow SOPs when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative
Requirements
- Min. Higher Nitec in any service-oriented field
- Min. 1-year experience in a customer support role
- Familiar with CRM systems and practice
- Able to work under pressure, adapt and respond quickly
