Responsibilities
* Update warehouse operation data accurately into the Warehouse Management System
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure all schedules are met
* Perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count
* Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentations and equipment servicing records etc.
* Arrange daily pick, pack and transportation matters
* Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
* At least N Level is required
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
* At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
* Aircon environment
