Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to the company's standards and recipes.
* Perform general kitchen duties and support the daily kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
* Assist with washing dishes and kitchen equipment together with the team when required.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
* Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
* Relevant kitchen or cooking experience will be an advantage.
* Candidates without extensive experience may be considered for the Kitchen Trainee position.
* Must be responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Able to maintain good kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Must be a willing team player and able to work well with colleagues
* One staff meal per day
