Responsibilities
* Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
* Take charge of the outlet during the Restaurant Manager's absence.
* Supervise both service and kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
* Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
* Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
* Monitor inventory, food quality, labour costs, and daily sales performance.
* Prepare staff schedules and assist with attendance, payroll, and administrative records.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Able to commence work within short notice.
