Responsibilities
*Carry out regular preventive maintenance for refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on the checklist and schedule
*Keep asset records updated at all times
*Complete assigned jobs and update the system properly after work is done
*Maintain a clean and safe work area
*Ensure required parts are ordered early and inform the OSS team to avoid delays
*Communicate clearly with store and warehouse managers and their teams for maintenance work
*Report issues and suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns
*Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
*Hold a valid driving licence; a commercial licence is a plus but not required
*Working at Height certificate is an advantage
*Hands-on experience in servicing refrigeration and/or HVAC systems
*Good knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems
*Strong communication skills
*Willing to be on standby and work weekends when required
