Responsibilities
* Perform food preparation including cutting ingredients and portioning
* Handle deep frying of food items (e.g. 五香)
* Assist in cooking simple dishes such as fried bee hoon (炒米粉)
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
* Handle cashiering duties including order taking and payment collection
* Ensure proper food handling and safety standards
Requirements
* Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a responsible attitude
