Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience.
* Prepare and serve açaí bowls according to company standards and customer preferences.
* Scope and portion ingredients (e.g., fruits, granola, nuts, sauces) accurately at the counter.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and preparation area at all times.
* Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and replenished as needed.
* Operate POS system to handle orders and payments efficiently.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
