Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain the operational dashboard/portal to ensure smooth system performance and consistent service quality.
* Perform system monitoring and administrative tasks as assigned.
* Respond promptly to incoming calls and investigate any reported disruptions or irregularities.
* Attend to all enquiries related to season parking applications, refunds, and changes of particulars, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Communicate with users professionally through email, telephone, and the Customer Portal.
