* Monitor and maintain the operational dashboard/portal to ensure smooth system performance and consistent service quality. * Perform system monitoring and administrative tasks as assigned. * Respond promptly to incoming calls and investigate any reported disruptions or irregularities. * Attend to all enquiries related to season parking applications, refunds, and changes of particulars, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. * Communicate with users professionally through email, telephone, and the Customer Portal.
Requirements
* Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. * Demonstrates professionalism and a high standard of customer service. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
