Responsibilities
Our client Co Living company.
* Performs a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in homes.
* Includes fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, painting, installing fixtures, assembling furniture, and performing basic electrical and plumbing work.
* Be responsible for performing routine maintenance on appliances and other equipment.
Requirements
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail
* Ability to work independently.
* Possess good communication skills to effectively communicate.
* Equip with motorcycle to travel around Singapore.
