Responsibilities
*Oversee day-to-day restaurant floor operations.
*Monitor cleanliness, ambience, and safety of the dining area.
*Greet and attend to guests, ensuring excellent dining experience.
*Handle complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
*Monitor daily sales performance and report to management.
*Assist in implementing marketing or promotional activities on the floor.
Requirements
*Preferable 2-5 years of experience in F&B industry.
*Knowledge of halal certification requirements and food safety protocols is a plus.
*Excellent leadership & communication skills.
*Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
