Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end claims process, including submission, follow-up, and closure with insurers.
* Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and policyholders to ensure accurate and timely claim documentation.
* Monitor claim progress, maintain records, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
* Review estimated claim calculations and ensure compliance with insurers’ requirements.
* Oversee daily operations such as patient admission, discharge, and consultation scheduling.
* Supervise quality of follow-up and feedback calls to ensure excellent customer service.
* Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and system updates for patient and claim records.
* Support process improvements in claims, operations, and system efficiency.
* Assist with company meetings, reports, and other administrative duties as required.
