Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with menu selections.
* Prepare and serve acai bowls, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
* Ensure food presentation, quality, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
* Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing orders accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining area, counter, and preparation stations.
* Support daily operations such as restocking, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties.
* Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements
* Prior F&B or service crew experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
* Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
