Responsibilities
Our client is a trusted manpower solutions provider for some of the most dynamic events in the MICE, luxury, and retail sectors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE, luxury, and retail event sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored manpower solutions.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of manpower services for events.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market developments.
* Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and meetings.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the events, MICE, or related sectors.
* Established network and connections in the events, luxury, or retail industries will be an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
