Responsibilities
* Lead daily outlet operations, aligning with company values, brand culture, and service standards.
* Monitor and anticipate customer needs to ensure an excellent customer experience and prompt resolution of issues.
* Ensure compliance with all operating procedures.
* Supervise and ensure accurate daily sales reporting and timely banking of sales takings.
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock ordering, and conduct periodic stock checks to prevent losses.
* Coach, train, and motivate staff to ensure a cohesive team environment and continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Support manpower planning and assist with staffing coverage during operational or promotional events.
Requirements
* Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
