Responsibilities
* Conduct training sessions on facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, laser therapy and other aesthetic procedures.
* Develop and update training materials, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools.
* Ensure trainees are trained to meet industry standards, product knowledge, and customer service expectations.
* Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice sessions.
* Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and certification assessments.
* Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory guidelines.
* Support marketing and sales teams with product education and in-house demonstration events.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
* Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
* At least 2–3 years of working experience in the aesthetics/beauty industry.
* Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a clinical, spa, or salon setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with various aesthetic equipment, techniques, and skincare products.
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to train in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
