Responsibilities
* Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin analysis, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare procedures.
* Advise clients on suitable skincare treatments and products based on individual skin conditions and needs.
* Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms and equipment.
* Ensure all treatments are conducted safely, effectively, and according to the clinic’s SOPs.
* Assist in explaining post-treatment care instructions to clients.
* Support the clinic in achieving sales targets by recommending treatment packages and skincare products.
* Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
* Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare techniques and technologies.
Requirements
* At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a beauty salon or aesthetic clinic.
* Knowledge of facial machines and skincare products.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Well-groomed, professional, and confident in dealing with clients.
* Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
* Basic Salary + Commission
