Responsibilities
We are partnering with a global engineering firm to hire a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong background in precision machining and process development.
* Oversee and enhance critical machining processes (CNC, EDM, and CMM) to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance.
* Provide hands-on technical support to the shop floor, including the development of machining workflows, operator training, and troubleshooting.
* Lead implementation of new machinery, tooling, and fixtures—covering specification, setup, and process validation.
* Design and drive continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing cycle time, increasing yield, and enhancing overall process reliability.
* Collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, and quality to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless production integration.
* Maintain accurate process documentation, test records, and qualification reports to support audits and compliance.
* Apply structured problem-solving and data analysis to resolve process issues and sustain best practices in manufacturing.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* At least 5 years of practical experience in CNC machining, EDM, or other precision manufacturing processes.
* Hands-on familiarity with tooling design, CAD/CAM software, and measurement systems.
* Exposure to repair or remanufacturing of complex metal components is a strong advantage.
* Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
* Able to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
