Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of cleaning technicians assigned to data centre sites.
Perform hands-on specialised cleaning tasks, including high-level surface, floor, and equipment cleaning.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards specific to mission-critical environments.
Work closely with clients to assess needs and propose tailored cleaning solutions.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, incident reports, and client communications.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Requirements
Willing to be hands-on in day-to-day cleaning tasks.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, especially in sensitive or technical environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to understand and comply with site-specific SOPs and safety regulations.
Willing to work shifts or weekends depending on client requirements.
