Responsibilities
Our client is a MNC packaging solutions manufacturer. We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development across Southeast Asia.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Southeast Asia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Develop new business opportunities in target Southeast Asian countries through lead generation, referrals, and direct engagement.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-sales support and account management.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development, marketing, and operations to support regional client needs.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing regional accounts.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows across Southeast Asia as needed.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience, ideally with exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
* Background in the Consumer or Industrial sector is preferred.
* Familiarity with plastic packaging solutions, especially plastic closures, is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Willing to travel within Southeast Asia (up to 30%) to meet clients and explore market opportunities.
