Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions for our growing restaurant chain. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. * Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. * Develop, implement, and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and enhance operational excellence. * Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in a fair and consistent manner. * Support manpower planning and succession planning initiatives. * Collaborate with management and department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. * Manage work pass applications and renewals (if applicable).
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry. * Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements。 * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage a fast-paced environment.
