Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and production of sushi and Japanese bento boxes for daily delivery to major supermarkets.
* Operate in various production sections within the central kitchen as assigned.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen and production area are consistently maintained.
* Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished food products.
* Properly pack and label food items for delivery according to company guidelines.
* Comply with food safety standards and health regulations.
* Accurately maintain daily production and inventory records.
Requirements
* Basic cooking and food preparation skills with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work on weekends and public holidays, with flexible shifts if required.
