Responsibilities
Homegrown wellness beverage brand in Singapore, offering high-quality, traditional herbal tea through modern vending machine distribution. * Identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities to place vending machines in high-traffic locations. * Build strategic alliances with corporate offices, wellness-focused businesses, and residential property developers. * Negotiate partnership terms and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders. * Develop B2B sales strategies to drive volume purchases, subscriptions, or loyalty partnerships. * Meet quarterly targets for vending machine deployment and revenue generation. * Work with the marketing team to support experiential campaigns
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, FMCG, retail technology, or wellness-related industries. * Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships and achieve sales targets. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about health and wellness trends. * Experience in vending solutions, franchise models, or consumer health products will be a plus.
