Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with friendly and professional service.
* Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
* Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and handling customer inquiries.
* Process payments and issue receipts correctly.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
* Follow hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
* Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
* Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not required.
* Passion for customer service with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills in English to communicate with tourist.
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
