Responsibilities
*Prepare and cook a wide range of Indonesian & Thai dishes with precision & authenticity - including appetizers, main courses & desserts.
*Develop and innovate new recipes while maintaining authenticity for Catering
*Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of food quality, hygiene & presented beautifully at customer events.
*Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies & maintaining equipment.
*Train & supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth & efficient workflow.
*Maintain cleanliness & organization of the kitchen, adhering to health & safety regulations.
*Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus & special offerings.
Requirements
*Preferable 2-5 years of experience in Thai/Indonesian cuisine cooking in hotel or catering company.
*Strong knowledge of traditional Thai & Indonesian cooking techniques, methods & spices.
*Knowledge of halal certification requirements and food safety protocols is a plus.
*Able to do bulk cooking for catering business and conduct training in English.
*Excellent leadership & communication skills.
*Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
