Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote products, particularly within the automotive semiconductor sector.
* Align global business strategies with regional objectives, effectively communicating directives from headquarters and leading the execution of market expansion initiatives.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement activities to identify business opportunities and optimize market positioning.
* Monitor weekly sales performance, analyze data trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions for growth and sustainability.
* Assess market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive activities to formulate proactive strategies for expanding market share and enhancing customer value.
* Assist in market research initiatives aimed at unlocking new sales channels and identifying potential areas for business expansion.
* Support the development and delivery of sales presentations, negotiations, and customer proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in managing accounts for semiconductor clients.
* Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours as required.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking client.
