Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
* Prepare and serve ice cream, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
* Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring correct transactions.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and equipment.
* Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting low stock levels.
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure quality and safety.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Rotate between outlets within the same area when required.
Requirements
* No prior experience required; training will be provided.

* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
