Responsibilities
Our client is a provider of innovative security systems dedicated to ensuring the safety and protection of our clients.
• Assist in planning and scheduling daily activities for CCTV installation projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
• Place orders with suppliers for materials and equipment required for installations.
• Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for projects.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payment statuses.
• Manage and optimize work schedules for field staff to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Address any scheduling conflicts and resolve on-site operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters in the absence of senior management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in administrative, project coordination, or operations roles.
• Experience in the CCTV, security, or related technical industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of direct supervision.
