Responsibilities
Our cafe is a cozy intimate setting inside a condominium.
* Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes with consistency and quality.
* Plan and create menus, including specials, to attract and retain customers.
* Manage food inventory, ensuring cost control and minimal wastage.
* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
* Monitor and ensure food safety standards are adhered to.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a chef specializing in Western cuisine.
* Strong culinary skills and creativity in food presentation.
* Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Certification in culinary arts or equivalent is preferred.
