Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
* Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
* Train and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
* Oversee hiring and rostering of staff where necessary.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Respond to and manage customer feedback and enquiries - both online and offline and implement strategies to improve service quality if necessary.
* Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements
*Min 1-2 years of working experience in cafe/bakery or related industry.
*Preferable have experience of making coffee with simple latte art
*Must have Food hygiene certification (required)
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision
*Fluent in English
