Responsibilities
* Oversee all production operations, ensuring timely availability for both local and international markets.
* Lead product development initiatives, including limited releases and white-label projects.
* Collaborate with sales to meet order demands and ensure all raw materials are stocked efficiently.
* Coordinate with finance to manage inventory payments and lead times.
* Manage customs processes, staffing, and recruitment for the distillery.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and optimal operations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, contributing to team building and HR development.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in distilling/brewing or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications or educational background.
A culinary background is advantageous.
