Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality in chemical production.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and safety, to implement process improvements.
* Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, or methods to enhance production capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, focusing on process safety and risk management.
* Conduct root cause analysis for equipment or process failures and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, maintenance records, and operating procedures.
* Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering within the chemical, industrial, or related sectors.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment design, and mechanical systems.
* Familiarity with chemical production processes and safety standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
