Responsibilities
Our client is a jewellery shop with various outlets in Singapore.
* Maintain and update stock records for jewelry inventory, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Prepare regular inventory reports using Excel, including tracking of incoming and outgoing stock.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
* Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure proper stock control.
* Support the management with any additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
