* Addressing complaints and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate packing and labeling of orders.
* Prioritizing orders for fast-moving products and ensuring timely dispatch.
Requirements
* Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
* Ensuring order details are correct and that products are accurately sorted and packed for delivery.
* Comfortable with using chat software, e-commerce platforms
