Responsibilities
* Assist the chef with food preparation, including chopping ingredients, marinating meats, and preparing garnishes. * Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized after use. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all hygiene and safety standards. * Regularly clean the kitchen area, including countertops, stoves, sinks, and floors. * Assist with general cleaning in the front of house area, including mopping floors, wiping tables, and cleaning restrooms. * Ensure that the dining area is neat, clean, and welcoming for guests.
Requirements
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness. * Team player with good communication skills.
