Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations).
* Help track and monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to the operations team.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels of precious metals and stones.
* Support the operations team with logistics-related tasks, such as liaising with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, including duties, tariffs, and customs requirements.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles.
* Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with logistics software is an advantage.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
