Responsibilities
* Source for new tenants and to provide good food mix
* Ensure daily sales are accurate and timely reconciliation
* Liaise with tenants on stall matters
* Respond to customers’ complaints and feedbacks
* Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
* Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff
* Inventory control and management
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Degree and above
* Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
* Good people management, communication and listening skills
