Responsibilities
Our client is a Digital Lock company. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Office.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Provide accurate information about our products, pricing, promotions to customers.
* Assist customers in troubleshooting lock-related problems and guide them through technical solutions when required.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
* Occasionally assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements
Proven work experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry or technology company.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work during weekends and public holiday.
