We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our prestigious Michelin star chef restaurant. * Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef. * Ensure that all food is prepared consistently and in a timely manner. * Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, managing all aspects including mise en place, cooking, and presentation. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within your section. * Work closely with other kitchen staff, including commis chefs and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in a Michelin star or equivalent setting. * Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role is essential. * Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to innovate and contribute to menu development.
