Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the service team at our prestigious Michelin star chef restaurant.
* Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
* Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
* Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the dining area.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the menu, including daily specials and beverage options, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
* Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
