Responsibilities
Our client is an industrial vacuum pumping applications.
* Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Verifying and reconciling invoices and receipts.
* Provide administrative support to other departments as required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to office and financial activities.
Requirements
* Diploma in Administrative or Accounting
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
