Responsibilities
* Prepare a variety of healthy sandwiches, French and American baked goods according to the cafe's menu and quality standards.
* Ensure the freshness and quality of all baked products.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules.
* Monitor and manage inventory of baking ingredients.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling.
* Maintain a clean and organized baking station.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Baker with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
* Ability to follow recipes and create consistent, high-quality products.
* Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
* Creativity in developing new recipes and baked goods.
* Team player with effective communication skills.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
