Requirements
* Proven experience as a Baker with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role. * In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. * Ability to follow recipes and create consistent, high-quality products. * Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. * Creativity in developing new recipes and baked goods. * Team player with effective communication skills. * Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
