Responsibilities
Our client is a renovation related products company.
- Answering of customers' enquires on our various platforms including social medias.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with operations team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, common inquiries, and trends to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service; office administration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
- Able to commit work on Saturday, Rest day on Sunday and Monday
