Responsibilities
- Perform new CNC program for produciton line
- Run or modify the existing programme for different machines and make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Assembly design and detailed design work
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
- Work with the Assembly team/Machine operators/Machinists in operating the machines and troubleshooting support
- Perform quality checks with machine operators to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CNC Program (Solidworks), mechanical/precision manufacturing or any related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical components sizing and sourcing.
- Experience in Automated equipment and automation design
