Responsibilities
Our client is a Taekwondo Academy for Toddler to Adult:
* Teaching Taekwondo techniques: Instructors teach students the various kicks, punches, blocks, and forms that make up Taekwondo.
* Developing training programs: Instructors design training programs that are appropriate for different age groups and skill levels, including children, beginners, and advanced practitioners.
* Monitoring progress: Instructors assess their students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their techniques and reach their goals.
* Demonstrating proper technique: Instructors demonstrate proper technique and provide corrections as needed to help their students develop good form and avoid injury.
* Providing motivation and inspiration: Instructors inspire their students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
* Managing classes and facilities: Instructors manage class schedules, maintain training equipment and facilities, and ensure that their students have a safe and clean environment in which to train.
Requirements
* Must have strong teaching skills with minimum 2 years experience
* A deep understanding of Taekwondo principles and techniques, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
* Min 2nd Dan WTF Taekwando Certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and build positive relationships with them.
