* Greeting and seating guests: You will be the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant. * You'll need to warmly welcome them, help them find a suitable table, and ensure that they are comfortable. * Taking orders: You'll take food and drink orders from guests, making sure to record any special requests or dietary requirements accurately. * Serving food and drinks. You'll also be responsible for serving drinks, such as wine or cocktails. * Providing excellent customer service: You'll need to be attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and any daily specials. * Maintaining cleanliness: You'll need to keep the restaurant clean and tidy, both front-of-house and back-of-house. * This may include tasks such as clearing tables, resetting table settings, and sweeping and mopping floors. * Assisting with other tasks: Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may be asked to help with other tasks, such as taking reservations, answering the phone, or packaging takeout orders.
• 1-2 Years working experience as service crew in Western Food Restaurant * Passionate about providing excellent customer service, willing to work hard and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times. • Good team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
